The Opportunity We are hiring a Partner Success Senior Manager to our Partner Success team in Mexico. Your Impact Responsible for managing relationships in the area of gym affiliation, sports centers, and fitness studios with the mission of executing and achieving the established goals to build a quality network for our users. Identify new opportunities in the fitness market and potential growth drivers. Drive and maximize the affiliations of sports centers, generating profitable and healthy growth for the business. Manage expectations and overcome objections that may arise in relationships with internal and external clients. Execute monthly/quarterly development reports on the progress of the affiliation team. Work closely with the Client Sales, Client Success, and Activation teams to plan and execute expansion and coverage projects for our network. Establish and develop sales and performance goals, ensuring their achievement and progress.
