Come make an impact every day at Zebra. Performs advance installation, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Responsibilities Performs advanced installation, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems Evaluates suitable software to meet user requirements Troubleshoots advanced software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers Assist Network Administrator May be internal and external client‑focused for company‑hosted web‑enabled solutions Qualifications Required Qualifications Requires a High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred 2‑4 years of experience Fluent level of Portuguese (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable Advanced Excel and database skills Advanced applicable IT applications Demonstrating professional client interfacing skills Advanced IT troubleshooting skills Preferred Qualifications Able to multi‑task while working under pressure and meeting deadlines Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable Hybrid role: Condesa, CDMX To protect candidates from falling victim to online fraudulent activity involving fake job postings and employment offers, please be aware our recruiters will always connect with you via @zebra.com email accounts.
