Position Summary The HR Generalist partners with managers and employees at various levels to provide human resources support and solutions. Will work in conjunction with senior human resources जुन् business partner of the business group. Duties Recruiting full‑life‑cycle support. May partner with central recruiting team to guide selection process in assigned areas. Employee Relations/Performance Management: consult/coach managers on performance issues and talent development needs; conduct investigations and recommend solutions. Support HR leadership team: research project support, reporting/analytics, and champion HR initiatives. Training: HR orientation and facilitate other HR training sessions as needed. No direct reports, but will delegate tasks to others and oversee performance of HR support team. Education Degree requirement may be waived if actively working toward a bachelor’s degree and/or with substantial related HR work experience. Required Experience 2-4 years relevant HR experience with a bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, behavioral sciences, or business administration. 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing and employee relations experience. Working knowledge of employment law, AAP, performance‑management practices and employee‑relations practices. Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, ATS). Knowledge and application of current HR trends, best practices and compliance issues. Preferred Experience PHR preferred. Skills Ability to influence, build trust and manage conflict. Works effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities and rapid change. Set an example by consistently modeling high standards of performance, honesty and integrity. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Extremely customer‑focused, responsive, and understands internal and external customers; fosters a sense of urgency. High level of communication skills, written and oral, and ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. Demonstrates a high level of analytical skills, detail oriented, and strong organizational skills; able to analyze HR processes and make practical recommendations. Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability and versatility; ability to set goals and reinforce deadlines while maintaining flexibility to reassess and re מי prioritise.
