Position Summary The Associate HR Generalist supports the senior human resources partner in delivering human resources services to assigned business areas. Duties Recruiting – full lifecycle support including requisition initiation, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding. Human resources administration for the assigned area – data accuracy, employee changes, recognition program, reports and analysis; leave of absence, timekeeping; paid time off administration; human resource invoice / PO processing. Generalist support for the assigned area (exempt and non‑exempt). Handle basic employee relations issues, coaching/counseling to managers and employees, policy interpretation, basic compensation support with Human Resource Manager guidance. Support performance management process and talent management process. Annual review and iReward, prepare talent review data, track development plans and support managers with process. Project support. Education Associate’s Degree Required Experience 3‑4 years of relevant HR experience without an Associate’s degree. 1‑2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Org Development or related coursework. 1 year of recruiting experience. Strong PC skills – Microsoft programs; demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting and ability to gain proficiency with these tools. Preferred Experience Relevant experience in advanced HR functions and talent management. Skills Employee Relations, FMLA, Employee Evaluation, Human Resources Management, Workers' Compensation Law, Benefits Administration, HRIS, Payroll, Employment & Labor Law, ADP, Human Resources, Recruiting.
