As a senior account development specialist, your primary goal will be to expand and optimize a portfolio of high-value clients across the USA and LATAM. This role involves managing existing relationships with customers who rely on us for unique experiences. Main objectives include driving growth through proactive management of assigned accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for expansion, and providing solutions that meet client needs based on performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in sales leadership within the B2B market, preferably in the travel industry. They must possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), CRM systems (Salesforce), and MI tools. A degree or relevant experience in experiences or tourism is also desirable. Knowledgeable about international business etiquette including cultural awareness when working with global clients Familiarity with XML data integration platforms would be beneficial
