Full‑time job – PEM Motion Office in CDMX, Mexico Realize mobility dreams with us Philosophy You fit with us when… Your heart also beats for the future of mobility You enjoy implementing ambitious and visionary ideas You know how to mix professionalism with the right amount of non‑conformism You feel comfortable even outside your comfort You are convinced that the best solutions are created by working together as partners Tasks Work on exciting future mobility‑related projects with the diverse clients of PEM Motion Mexico, and help shape an innovative company and ecosystem Develop firmware: requirement drafting, specification translation, solution architecture, development, testing, debugging, releases Utilize engineering disciplines (Six Sigma, DFMEA, DFM/DFA/DFT, Worst‑Case Analysis) to guarantee a successful component production and robust design solutions Develop system/component test plans and protocols to verify firmware against specifications and design documents Develop test instrumentation and/or support hardware to verify developed firmware Lead or support discussions with suppliers Understand system‑level requirements and design components and driving costs to meet price targets Generate project timelines and execute a plan to establish milestones Profile / Qualifications Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related fields More than 5 years of combined experience in MCU firmware development, validation, and deployment Microcontroller MCU architecture knowledge; STM32 is a plus Embedded & real‑time software development – C/C++, assembly languages, Python Configuration management (Git, GitHub, repo) Experience in low‑level driver development Organizational skills, ability to work in a team, above‑average communication skills, and ability to work under pressure Excited about new technology and innovations in mobility Solid experience using laboratory equipment and development tools for testing and debugging Contact Person Paula Magaña For first introduction we need from you: cover letter and curriculum vitae in one PDF document.
