Zoi strives to bring the cloud to the Retail and Manufacturing industries with innovative solutions that deliver real value.We are also looking for support at our international location in Mexico City and Ho Chi Minh City.What You DoFormat laptops and install necessary software and updatesProvide technical support to consultants on hardware and software issuesTroubleshoot and resolve technical problems on laptops, desktops, and mobile devicesManage and maintain an inventory of hardware and software assetsParticipate in team meetings and collaborate with other IT staffLearn and develop skills in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud PlatformAssist with the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based solutionsKeep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trendsProvide excellent customer service to all stakeholdersWho You AreSeveral years of experience in desktop support or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systemsExperience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred but not required)Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environmentStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks and prioritiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)Good level of EnglishDo you like to be surrounded by brilliant minds?
