Ansell is looking for a Replenishment Analyst LAC to join our team in Querétaro The Replenishment Analyst will, in support of the Regional Planner/Regional Planning Lead, be responsible for optimizing the supply and inventory management related processes in the assigned Region/Business Unit/Channel within the Sales, Operations and Execution [S&OE] time frame. The Replenishment Analyst will support the Regional Planner’s/Regional Planning Lead’s role as the key point of contact for all regional stakeholders for issues within the S&OE time frame: Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Warehouse & Logistics, Quality & Procurement, Master Data Management (MDM) and Finance. RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES Internal Customer Coordination Responsible for periodic and ad-hoc communication on product availability and lead times to all regional stakeholders Prepare and participate in periodic supply calls with regional stakeholders. Lead the calls in the absence of the Regional Supply Anchor Planning Lead Answer Inventory availability questions through recovering information in various systems and follow through on incomplete information to provide full back to inquiry Proactively follow up with Up Stream Supply Chain stakeholders on Constrained/Out-of-Stock [OOS] Stocks and elevate to Regional Planner/Regional Planning Lead Lead the execution of customer specific value-added services such as customer specific inventory and service level reports Ensure efficient, timely and accurate communication on customer backorders and any supply-related constraints to commercial stakeholders Ensure timely planning execution of regional MTO items and for maintaining the correct supply parameters such as MTO flags, etc. in the local ERP system Replenishment Key regional interface for teams from GTC, Warehousing and Logistics, Planning etc. Proactively ensure inventory rotation control and stock coordination in the local warehouses: reservation lots, domestic inter-warehouse rebalancing outside the scope of Global Planning Responsible for managing replenishment of secondary regional warehouses not directly supplied by the sources of supply. Proactively manage the rebalancing, “milk runs”, between local warehouses and provide insights to the planning team through periodic reporting. Proactively track the shipments in transit and elevate changes to expectations, monitor and control the process of relevant shipments. Daily management of the Abnormal Demand Process, in collaboration with demand planning team. Mitigation of supply disruptions working with customer service and SBU supply Responsible for regional product rework (incl. relabeling/repackaging, vend packing, sample Batching etc.) Support regional planners in providing insights into intercompany Air Freight transfers Responsible for monthly financial provisions/sanction process as needed related to inventory. Coordinate with relevant process owners for Direct Shipments and ensure high visibility and accuracy of information Reporting, Insights and continuous Improvement Support the Regional Planners/ Planning Leads with data gathering/analysis/metrics/reports on a periodic basis and of Ad-Hoc nature for supply and demand inquiries Drive continuous improvements through insights, automations etc. Develop and monitor processes and suggest/action improvements Create automated solutions for relevant stakeholders Demand planning Support with Demand Planning tasks including but not limited to: Forecast uploads, trend analysis, opportunity onboarding What will you bring to Ansell? REQUIREMENTS Education University degree, formal education in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ related discipline is an advantage. Job Experience Supply and/or demand planning experience in an MRP environment Exposure to managing customer relationships with respect to product availability Preferably, experience in a multinational matrix organization Knowledge and Skills Strong knowledge of ERP Knowledge and prior exposure to Supply Planning processes and Customer Service High numeracy and analytical skills Strong PC skills, incl.
