Global Sourcing Manager – 33 ThreadsWorks directly with the American company 33 Threads. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Sourcing Manager to lead the sourcing, supplier management, and cost negotiation for our apparel and accessories categories. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, ensuring supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement in quality, cost, and speed to market.Sourcing & Supplier ManagementDevelop and execute global sourcing strategies for apparel and accessories to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.Identify, evaluate, and onboard best-in-class suppliers to support business growth and sustainability initiatives.Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms on pricing, payment, and service levels.Build strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Cost & Supply Chain OptimizationAnalyze cost structures and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or brand integrity.Partner with internal teams (Design, Merchandising, Production, and Logistics) to ensure efficient product development and sourcing timelines.Monitor market trends, raw material prices, and geopolitical factors to proactively mitigate supply chain risks.Quality & ComplianceEnsure all products meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to address supplier performance issues and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive responsible sourcing initiatives, including ethical labor practices and environmental sustainability programs.Process Improvement & ReportingLeverage data and analytics to improve sourcing decisions and vendor performance management.Develop and maintain key sourcing metrics, including cost savings, lead time efficiency, and supplier scorecards.Implement new sourcing tools and best practices to enhance team productivity and operational excellence.RequirementsHigh level attention to detailsMust be able to multi-taskAbility to work well in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills5+ years of experience in global sourcing, supply chain management, or procurement within the apparel and accessories industry.Strong knowledge of fabric, materials, trims, and production processes across multiple categories.Established network of global suppliers and manufacturers, particularly in Asia, Europe, and North America.Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage costs, and optimize supplier performance.Experience working with PLM, ERP, or supply chain management software.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.VISAAdvanced English level indispensable.English CV is indispensable.BenefitsBenefits entitled by the Mexico Law + additional benefits such as :PTO (4 days)Flexible SchedulesFitness HourSummer Half DaysStock OptionsAnnual BonusHybrid WorkWeekends Off65% Employee Discount (Tavi, ToeSox and Base33)Company apparel stipendMajor Medical ExpensesUp to 15,000 net weekly based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
