Descripción del trabajo Brand Manager/Sr Brand Specialist, Consumer Servicios Comerciales Amazon México S. De R.L. De C.V., Xico, Veracruz, México Responsabilidades Look after a brand's product portfolio and contribute to improvements in the user experience for customers. Create detailed monthly reports on performance. Lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact. Provide support to drive category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions; propose changes to operational processes; drive a high standard in customer satisfaction; ensure high-quality product detail pages; and make recommendations for effective marketing campaigns. Calificaciones 3+ years of experience with Excel. 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience. Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements. Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development. Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership. Advanced negotiation skills.
