Sales Training Specialist – Align Technology Department: Marketing Location: LATAM-Mexico-Mexico City About This Opportunity The Sales Training Specialist will provide daily support to the sales training department and other relevant teams, and lead face‑to‑face and virtual training sessions. The role requires multitasking and managing a range of daily responsibilities that can change frequently. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main sales‑training contact for Mexico commercial/marketing teams. Lead and develop sales training to address tools, skills, and gaps. Analyze sales competencies and create initiatives for improvement. Develop sales leaders in coaching and leadership. Co‑travel to coach sales leaders in the field. Support the Sales Training Manager with sales conventions. Plan and execute training events and manage open/distance trainings. Visit the field regularly to assess training impact and needs. Update sales training materials as needed. Organize and lead relevant projects or courses. Collaborate with training peers to share best practices and new ideas. Track progress and performance of commercial teams. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in sales or an equivalent field. 4–6 years of experience in training. Language Skills Spanish: native speaker. English: advanced or fluent proficiency. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers. Computer Skills Knowledgeable in digital technologies. Familiar with Windows environment. Ability to learn software applications efficiently. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience managing LMS/LMX platforms. Other Skills and Abilities Able to work towards results under pressure. Continuously works to achieve objectives despite unexpected challenges. Applies straightforward, consistent actions to resolve issues. Acts and communicates confidently. Effective communicator. Demonstrates interpersonal skills. Shows flexibility, agility, and ability to work in teams.
