The Role We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships across key LATAM markets. This is a senior, high‑impact role for someone with deep payments knowledge, strong commercial instincts, and an established network within the regional payments ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Own and drive new business development across assigned LATAM markets Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid‑market merchants, platforms, and partners Develop and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies aligned with growth objectives Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and partnerships Work closely with product and technology teams to align client needs with solutions Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings Provide market feedback and insights to senior leadership to inform product and strategy decisions Key Requirements 4+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within payments, fintech, or financial services Strong understanding of LATAM payments landscape, including local schemes, alternative payment methods, acquiring, and cross‑border flows Proven track record of closing complex, high‑value deals Existing network across merchants, PSPs, acquirers, fintechs, or platforms in Latin America Comfortable working in a high‑growth, fast‑moving environment Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in Spanish (Portuguese a strong advantage); English required Nice to Have Experience selling API‑based or platform payment solutions Exposure to regulated environments (EMI, PSP, acquiring, compliance) Experience working with regional or international expansion strategies What’s on Offer Competitive base salary + performance‑based bonus Opportunity to play a key role in regional growth High visibility with senior leadership and decision‑makers Flexible working model (remote/hybrid depending on location) Long‑term career progression in a scaling payments business How to Apply If this sounds relevant, feel free to reach out to me directly on LinkedIn for a confidential conversation.
