We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Veeva Test Lead.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Veeva RIM Submission Veeva and LS Regulatory. Experience in Research and Development is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for Veeva RIM Submission projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
  • Provide technical expertise in Veeva and LS Regulatory to guide the testing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines during the testing phase.
  • Identify document and track defects and issues to resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress including key metrics and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing activities and outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with the companys quality assurance policies.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Veeva RIM Submission Veeva and LS Regulatory.
  • Have experience in Research and Development which is considered a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant experience.

Certifications Required

Certified Veeva Vault Administrator ISTQB Certified Tester
