Job Description We are currently seeking an ERP Senior Specialist to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico. The role focuses on implementing, supporting, and enhancing PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM modules. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, debug, fix bugs, and unit test PeopleSoft applications. Lead module implementations and provide ongoing support. Manage support incidents: acknowledgement, analysis, resolution, testing, and closure. Collaborate with business users, functional leads, and customers to gather requirements and participate in design and development. Assess reporting needs, recommend appropriate reporting tools, and conduct evaluations. Perform testing and reviews based on functional and technical designs. Coordinate with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore). Qualifications Minimum 6‑8 years of PeopleSoft development and support experience. Minimum 6‑8 years of PeopleTools experience (Peoplecode, App Engine, Workflow, SQR, Component Interfaces, App packages, Integration Broker, web services, Query, XML publisher, UNIX, COBOL). Good functional exposure (2‑4 years) in FSCM modules. Good functional exposure (2‑4 years) in HCM modules. Experience working within a global delivery team (onshore and/or near‑shore). Strong analysis and problem‑solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Knowledge in PeopleTools 8.59 or higher. Experience reviewing PeopleSoft MP bundles, patches, regulatory updates and applying fixes. Nice to Have Project lead experience. PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience.
