We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the position of Global Contact Center Executive in our Cancun, Mexico office. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional support services to clients and suppliers, contributing significantly towards achieving our core objective: delivering unique holidays to customers. The main purpose of this position is to assist clients (Travel Agencies, TTOO, and final consumers) with their requirements by contacting suppliers and managing bookings in accordance with Operations Department standards. The primary goal is to efficiently cover client needs. This dynamic customer-focused service requires individuals who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal abilities demonstrated by a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Creative thinking enables effective communication consistently on every inbound call, along with enthusiasm for providing top-notch support via telephone or email while utilizing front- and back-office computer applications including Microsoft Office.
