In this strategic role, you'll be expected to influence key stakeholders , streamline the end-to-end acquisition process, and drive productivity in areas such as Installations, Machinery, Equipment, Control & Automatation—all while contributing to our agility and transformation agenda.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align on internal strategies and identify productivity opportunities across procurement functions.~(Project Pipeline & Productivity Initiatives:~ Lead the creation and evaluation of a robust productivity project pipeline in collaboration with cross-functional teams.~(Cash Flow Optimization:~ Manage your team to ensure delivery of cash flow benefits (e.g., Enable and support the development of new global and local suppliers to ensure a resilient supply base.~(Define, manage, and continuously improve SLAs for each procurement category.~(Coach and develop your team to build a strong internal talent pipeline and foster a high-performance culture.~ Lead and deploy initiatives aligned with the Agility Agenda to accelerate business transformation and elevate procurement impact across the organizationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on procurement or sourcing roles .Advanced proficiency in English , both spoken and written.Strong command of digital tools , including:Data analytics toolsMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience in strategic sourcing , including supplier evaluation, cost optimization, and contract management.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Specialized training according to the role.
