We are looking for a Commercial Procurement Manager PMF to lead the Commercial Procurement category for PMF, ensuring the strategic and efficient management of the area's key sub‐categories.
As a Commercial Procurement Manager PMF, you will be responsible for leading:

- Category Strategy: Define and execute the comprehensive Commercial Procurement strategy, aligned with business objectives.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive, sustainable, and long‐term conditions.
- Digital Transformation: Encourage professional growth, continuous training, and talent development within the area.

POS Logistics & A&M Media
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Procurement, Commercial Purchasing, or Marketing Procurement.

- 2+ years of specific experience in the Commercial category.
- Proven track record managing categories such as POS, promotional materials, corporate events, BTL, promotional logistics, A&M media, sponsorships, and creative agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Strong skills in negotiation, networking, strategy, digitalization, planning, and operations.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving digital transformation or regional standardization projects.

Expertise in category strategy and Supplier Performance Management (SPM).

- Proficiency with digital procurement tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
- Strong data analysis skills (Power BI, advanced Excel).
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
