What We Offer?We are shaping a company that works smart and grows with agility.▪ We offer you a flexible and remote work environment where you will engage with intelligentcolleagues, seamlessly collaborating to develop inventive technologies that solve our client’sbusiness challenges.▪ As part of our team, you will enjoy an employee-centric culture, supportive peers, work-lifebalance, generous earnings, and opportunities for growth and development.Whom do We Need?We need a skilled Solution developers (AEM / Workfront) needed to deliver an Adobe ExperienceManager / Workfront based platform for Content Supply ChainRoles & ResponsibilitiesWorkfront▪ Adobe Workfront administration: Proficiency in administering Adobe Workfront, including usermanagement, permissions, project setup, and configuration.▪ Customization and configuration: Experience in customizing and configuring Adobe Workfrontto meet specific project requirements, including creating custom fields, forms, and workflows.▪ Adobe Workfront expertise: Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and its capabilities, includingtask tracking, collaboration, and reporting functionalities.AEM:▪ Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Strong knowledge and hands-on experiencein developing and customizing solutions using AEM, including creating and managingtemplates, components, workflows, and integrations.▪ AEM architecture and best practices: Understanding of AEM architecture and best practices,including content modeling, sling models, OSGi bundles, and AEM deployment models.▪ AEM customization and extension: Ability to customize and extend AEM functionalities usingAEM APIs, OSGi services, and other AEM extension points.▪ AEM schemas and Metadata ACLs for permissions▪ Front-end development skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability tocreate responsive web designs and implement user interfaces in AEM.▪ Java development experience: Strong knowledge of Java programming language andexperience in building AEM applications using Java-based frameworks.▪ Integration skills: Experience in integrating AEM with other systems and platforms, such asCRM systems, marketing automation tools, and third party APIs. Digital Health SolutionsCommon Skills:▪ Version control and deployment: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) andexperience in managing code repositories, branching, merging, and deployment processes inAEM.▪ Problem-solving and debugging skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identifyand resolve issues in AEM applications, including performance optimization and bug fixing.▪ Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate with crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and clients, and work collaboratively in an Agile developmentenvironment.
