Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including following up on account statements, uploading invoices from vendors and carriers into our system, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.ResponsibilitiesReview and verify invoices and statements from vendors and carriersUpload invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completenessReconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepanciesFollow up on account statements and ensure timely paymentsMaintain accurate and up-to-date vendor and carrier recordsAssist with month-end closing activities as neededProvide support to the accounting team as requiredQualifications2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar roleProficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of accounting principles and practicesEducationBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred (Not required)Job TypesFull-time, PermanentPay$15,****** - $18,****** per monthEscolaridadTécnico superior trunco o en curso (Deseable)ExperiênciaContabilidad general: 1 año (Deseable)Work LocationIn person #J-18808-Ljbffr
