Let’s make it happen What you will do: Coordinating product development in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Product Success, Procurement, Engineering, etc.) and suppliers across the globe. Defining and validating product specifications through testing, sampling, and iterations to ensure products meet both performance and quality standards. Managing supplier relationships to align on timelines, technical requirements, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met. Monitoring project progress, profitability, and risks, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. Applying a customer‑centric and agile approach in every development phase, transforming insights and feedback into continuous improvement. Who we are looking for: Previous experience as a product development manager, product launching, or comparable role is an advantage. Proven ability to work cross‑team and manage multiple stakeholder needs and expectations. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. An international background that allows you to look at opportunities from multiple perspectives. You have a passion for developing brands from a holistic perspective. You are entrepreneurial by nature and see opportunities everywhere. You’re fast, pragmatic, and proactive, have high energy and a can‑do attitude. You love to work with others and others love to work with you. You are fluent in English.
