En Zondela Travel buscamos un Product Development Manager con visión estratégica y enfoque en innovación, que lidere el diseño, desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos y soluciones digitales, transformando ideas en experiencias y líneas de negocio rentables mediante investigación, experimentación y trabajo colaborativo con equipos de Tech, Marketing, Ventas y Operaciones.ResponsabilidadesDiseñar, desarrollar y lanzar nuevos productos de la empresa (viajes, experiencias, servicios y nuevas líneas de negocio).Crear conceptos, itinerarios, propuestas de valor y estructura comercial de nuevos productos.Investigar tendencias, mercado y oportunidades para proponer productos innovadores.Desarrollar productos digitales o herramientas internas en conjunto con el Tech Developer.Planear y ejecutar experimentos, pilotos o MVPs para validar ideas antes del lanzamiento.Coordinar el proceso de lanzamiento de nuevos productos con Marketing, Ventas y Operaciones.Documentar especificaciones, flujos y fundamentos de cada producto.Mejorar productos actuales con base en datos, feedback y desempeño real.Trabajar bajo sprints y roadmap definidos, asegurando entregables claros y puntuales.Proponer iniciativas que amplíen el portafolio y generen nuevas fuentes de ingreso.Requisitos4+ años en desarrollo de productos, innovación, experiencias o roles similares.Experiencia creando conceptos y productos desde cero (ideal en turismo, hospitality, lifestyle o servicios).Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios (Operaciones, Marketing, Tech).Experiencia validando ideas mediante pilotos, pruebas o MVPs.HabilidadesCreatividad estructurada (capacidad de generar ideas y aterrizarlas en productos reales).Investigación y análisis para validar oportunidades.Organización y gestión de proyectos.Comunicación clara escrita y verbal.Capacidad de ejecución autónoma y orientación a resultados.
