Job Summary This role assists the Director of Cost Management in managing company operation cost effectively, providing accurate cost information via P&L with cost analysis, expense allocation, and other CM cost information needed by management and other business groups. The analyst validates budget comparisons with actual cost accordingly. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and provide P&L information with cost analysis needed by management. Provide various operation expense reports for management decision making. Prepare corporate service expense allocation and publish to various users. Publish follow‑ups to related parties regarding collection of ARs. Assist CM Director on other required reports for the management. Assist in preparation of budget and actual cost analysis and updates. Review and validate PRs to ensure expenses are legitimate and budgeted. Assist in generating PRs. Maintain files and records ensuring efficiency and productivity. Proactively support and provide needed assistance for other business groups. Perform other duties as requested or assigned. Education Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Experience 3+ years of experience as a cost accountant. 3+ years of experience in financial accounting and cost controlling. High proficiency with SAP and Microsoft applications used for cost management. Experience with inventory management and logistics management. Proactive communication and assertive skill set.
