In this hybrid role, you will support and manage COO programs through the full project lifecycle, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement.You will partner closely with teams across the COO organization and other functions to help deliver initiatives such as system implementation & upgrades, process automation & workflow optimization, AI and analytics enablement, and operational enhancements. You will also help design efficient and repeatable business processes and support the adoption of best practices across lines of business.This role is ideal for someone who is growing as a program manager, eager to deepen their skills in cross-functional delivery and COO operations.Be a Contributor — What You’ll DoCOO-focused responsibilitiesServe as a Project Manager for the COO organization, supporting the planning and execution of key COO programs and initiativesOwn the day-to-day management and maintenance of the COO SharePoint site, including content updates, structure, and basic analytics on usage and adoptionDrive uptake and engagement for the COO SharePoint site by partnering with stakeholders, creating communications, and tracking usage metricsHelp define, track, and report COO OKRs, partnering with Business Operations, FP&A, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely updatesCoordinate COO-wide program cadences, including status reporting, risk/issue tracking, and meeting preparationSupport cross-functional initiatives through the full project lifecycle — from requirements and planning through execution, launch, and stabilizationRun program rhythms (agendas, notes, action items, RAID logs) and ensure follow-through on decisions and commitmentsPrepare concise and clear program status updates, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadershipHelp identify process gaps and assist in implementing improvements that support COO and company objectivesCollaborate with senior program managers and leaders to align dependencies across related programs within the COO portfolioContribute to building and documenting PMO standards, templates, and best practices for the COO organization and broader companyBe Prepared — What You Bring4 to 6 years of experience in program/project management, business operations, or equivalent roles, including experience working across multiple functions or business unitsDemonstrated experience supporting or managing end-to-end projects or workstreams, with accountability for timelines, scope, and stakeholder communicationStrong organization, coordination, and execution discipline, with attention to detail and follow-throughEffective written and verbal communication and presentation skills, particularly in summarizing complex topics into clear updates for stakeholdersProven ability to collaborate across teams, build relationships, and work in a diverse and inclusive environment that values shared successFamiliarity with cloud-based business systems (e.g., Salesforce.com, Workday, or similar) and ability to learn new tools quicklyBackground or strong interest in operations and business processes (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Engineering, lead to cash, procure to pay, support, professional services)Experience in or exposure to SaaS business models is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience)Be Successful — Your PathFirst 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors, and map the systems and stakeholders that rely on your work.Six Months:Be familiar with our company strategy, functional teams, and systems, and have established a robust network of strong working relationships across Program Management, the COO Organization, Sales, Marketing, and other key functionsDrive cross-functional initiatives to successfully achieve program goalsActively identify, propose, and implement new best practices, improvements, and innovationsOne Year:Be a subject matter expert for all driving strategic programs at InfobloxBe a trusted advisor for your program/project sponsorsInfluence and own team and business direction and transformationOur culture thrives on inclusion, rewarding the bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity that move us forward.
