WARRANTY TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE Vege de Mexico is looking for a WARRANTY TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to work in a new call center, located in San Nicolas de los Garza. Requirements English advanced, fluent, written and spoken; provide attention by phone, mail or chat. Attention and monitoring of claims and guarantees. Knowledge of mechanics, fault diagnosis of internal combustion engines. Solve problems and deliver exceptional customer service. High school complete or equivalent minimum. Ability to use computer and information capture. Offer Monday to Friday hours: 7am‑5pm / 8am‑6pm. Base salary and attractive bonus for achievement of goals. Training. Stable work. Growth opportunity.
