We have raised $15M from top Silicon Valley VCs such as Founders Fund and 8VC as well as leading angel investors/operators from companies like Bulletproof, Tinder, Coinbase, Daily Stoic, & Shopify.About the RoleWe're seeking a strategic and ambitious Associate Creative Director (ACD) with a portfolio of effective copywriting to lead creative concepting and execution of advertising and content across digital channels.Reporting to the Creative Director, this role combines high-level creative thinking with hands-on production, focusing on driving customer acquisition and brand growth in the competitive DTC healthcare space.This is a fast-paced environment where you must be able to be an individual contributor while managing both internal resources and external agencies to feed a growing pipeline of media. This role will also require leveraging AI platforms to create fresh ideas at scale. At Maximus, you'll work at the intersection of performance marketing and brand storytelling, creating compelling assets that drive results by engaging people who want to optimize their health, fitness, and appearance.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Campaign DevelopmentDevelop and execute creative for paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other platformsLead the conceptualization and creation of high-converting ad creative, including both video and static ads - for always-on and seasonal campaigns, plus product launchesAnalyze creative performance data and iterate on campaigns for optimal ROASCreate compelling narratives around health optimization, peak performance, and wellness that comply with regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain brand consistency across channels while allowing for platform-specific creative adaptationsTeam Leadership & CollaborationProvide clear direction to designers, editors, and other in-house creativesCollaborate cross-functionally across the marketing, product, clinical, and compliance teamsManage relationships and workflows with external creative agencies and freelance talentPresent creative concepts and performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholdersHelp foster a culture of creative excellence and continuous learningCreative Production & Asset ManagementOversee end-to-end creative production processes from concept to launchManage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standardsDevelop templates and repeatable creative constructsEnsure all creative assets meet platform specifications and compliance requirementsLeverage AI ad creation platforms to produce and iterate creative at scaleStay current with category and cultural trends that could inform new workPerformance & AnalyticsRegularly report on ad results and effectivenessUse data insights to inform creative strategy and identify opportunities for improvementA/B test creative elements including messaging, visuals, CTAs, and formatsStay current with platform algorithm changes and creative best practicesQualificationsExperience & Skills6+ years of experience in creative roles, preferably at DTC brandsProven track record of creating high-performing paid advertising creative and content across multiple digital platformsStrong understanding of direct response marketing principles and conversion optimizationExperience managing creative teams and external vendor relationshipsProficiency in creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing softwareProficiency in gen-AI tools and AI-powered ad creation platformsCreative & Strategic AbilitiesExceptional creative vision with ability to translate complex health concepts into compelling and accessible consumer messagingStrong copywriting skills - both short and long formProvides clear visual directionAbility to interpret performance metrics and optimize accordinglyUnderstanding of customer journey mapping and conversion funnel optimizationExperience with user-generated content strategies and creator/influencer collaborationsWho You Are:Mission-driven individual passionate about improving people's health and wellnessEntrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong project management abilities with attention to detailTeam playerWhat We Offer & Benefits:Note: benefits will depend on the type of employment (consultant vs employee)Flexible vacation/time-off policies - we manage energy, not time.Exposure to top-tier leadership and a meritocratic culture where the best ideas win regardless of title.Opportunity to work with a high-growth, science-backed brand changing the landscape of performance medicine.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's health and wellnessFast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant growth opportunitiesExtended options exercise window for loyal employees (3 months for every year of service; e.g. 1 year for 4+ year employees)Liquidity of options whenever available #J-18808-Ljbffr
