Your role Technically responsible for all audit phases: planning, risk identification, internal control review and testing, substantive audit procedures, engagement wrap‑up, and financial statement preparation/review. Perform additional attest services such as compilations and reviews. Research and resolve accounting and audit issues per GAAP and GAAS. Recommend accounting process improvements and best practices for clients. Opportunities for fellowships in other service groups (e.g., management consulting, transaction due diligence, forensic accounting). Build relationships and develop staff: internal and external networking events, client meetings, industry events. Contribute to business expansion: proposal development, sales calls. Supervise and develop a team of 1‑2 associates on each engagement. Immediate opportunity to work directly with Managers, Senior Managers, Partners, and external accounting leaders (controllers, C‑suite). Firm contributions: annual CORE training program, involvement in non‑billable initiatives (recruiting, internal training, mentoring, thought‑leadership development). The qualifications 2‑5 years recent experience in public accounting. Successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. CPA preferred.
