Position Overview Sales Executive at Hyatt Vacation Ownership. The purpose of the Sales Executive position is to present and involve our guests in the opportunity to become owners of the finest vacation experience. Major Duties And Responsibilities Prepare each day to meet guests as a professional sales representative through proper dress and grooming. Adhere to standard work hours 7am – 4pm. Greet each guest in a warm and friendly manner as specified during the initial meeting. Use approved presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively. Achieve individual established performance guidelines within established time frames and contribute to achieving overall site VPG, closing percentage at budget levels as set by management. Provide customer service to guests as specified in training and direction of management. Maintain the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions. Adhere to all established policies and procedures, and position requirements for licensures, certifications, etc. Discuss terms and conditions, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers. Effectively gain commitment from guests to purchase. Complete demo and assessment rides regularly with team leaders and sales managers for the purpose of providing effective coaching and motivation to improve; model and reinforce effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars and training, as required. Qualifications / Competencies Bilingual fluency (English-Spanish), availability to work flexible schedules, and Vacation Ownership Sales Experience. Exceptional customer service orientation and positive disposition, excellent verbal/written skills, strong work standards, multitasking, follow-up, building business partnerships, attention to detail, thriving on ambiguity, openness to differences. Sales Ability / Persuasiveness. Work Standards. Building Customer Loyalty. Teamwork / Collaboration. Lead by Example.
