Position Overview As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in executing multi‑channel marketing initiatives that grow our e‑commerce presence, strengthen brand awareness, and build a loyal community of conscious beauty lovers. This role supports our marketing and e‑commerce teams across paid media, email/CRM, content, and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in digital marketing, thrives in a creative and fast‑moving environment, and is passionate about sustainability and clean beauty. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising & Growth Marketing Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) Monitor ad performance, pacing, and budgets while supporting testing initiatives Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad visuals and copy Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and UTMs Report on ROAS, CTR, and other key metrics Content & Organic Marketing Support the creation and scheduling of content across social platforms and the blog Help manage the content calendar and align posts with product launches and campaigns Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization Engage with community members across platforms and respond to comments/messages Track engagement and organic growth KPIs Email Marketing & CRM Support campaign creation and automation flows (welcome, cart recovery, post‑purchase, etc.) Write and format email copy, conduct A/B tests, and ensure deliverability best practices Manage subscriber segmentation and list hygiene Analyze performance reports and suggest data‑driven improvements Influencer, Affiliate & Partnership Support Research and reach out to influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors Track collaboration deliverables and maintain performance reports Assist with influencer product seeding, briefs, and campaign coordination E‑commerce & Website Support Help update site content and visuals in coordination with creative and web teams Support landing page creation and product merchandising for promotions or launches Monitor site metrics (conversion rate, page performance, user behavior) Collaborate on CRO and A/B testing efforts Analytics & Reporting Compile weekly and monthly marketing performance reports Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion, AOV, customer acquisition cost, and retention Support data visualization and dashboard upkeep Qualifications – Required 2+ years of digital marketing or e‑commerce experience (beauty, skincare, or CPG preferred) Strong understanding of paid ads, social media, and email marketing fundamentals Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and Shopify Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting Excellent written communication and organizational skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Passion for clean beauty, wellness, and sustainability Qualifications – Preferred Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate program coordination Working knowledge of SEO and content optimization Basic design or creative editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) Experience with data tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in website traffic and conversion rate Paid campaign ROI (ROAS, CAC) Email engagement and revenue contribution Organic reach and engagement across social channels Affiliate and influencer campaign impact Customer retention and repeat purchase rate Personality & Cultural Fit Mission‑driven and aligned with sustainable, cruelty‑free beauty values Eager to learn, experiment, and iterate Collaborative, communicative, and detail‑oriented Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and adapts quickly to changes Brings creativity and initiative to problem‑solving Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (depending on experience and region) Flexible work schedule and remote‑friendly culture Professional development opportunities Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Marketing and Sales Industry Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
