Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Required Technical And Professional Expertise More than 7 years of experience in x86 server/application migration or related IT infrastructure roles. Hands‑on administration of Windows Server 2016/2019. VMware ESX/ESXi administration experience. Experience with public/private cloud management, especially migrations from on‑prem to cloud. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; effective written and verbal communication. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). English proficiency: Intermediate to advanced (required for global communication and documentation). Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Automation/IaC experience (e.g., infrastructure as code patterns, templating, pipelines). Vulnerability management program experience. Microsoft Active Directory & Federation Services expertise. Handson experience with HPE servers and storage equipment. Relevant certifications (e.g., HPE, CompTIA Server+) preferred.
