Overviewアンドパッドでは、建築・建設業のDXを推進するバックエエンド領域のプロダクト開発を担うポジションを募集しています。職種はProduct Engineer（Railsメイン）またはEngineer of new business（Railsメイン）です。少人数チームで設計〜開発〜テスト、運用まで一貫して携わる機会があり、プロダクトマネージャーと協力してアプリケーション開発を進めます。メイン以外の言語・フレームワークを触る機会も豊富で、革新者として建築・建設業の新しい働き方の推進に貢献していただきます。ResponsibilitiesRuby on Railsを用いたプロダクトの設計、開発、テスト、運用、リファクタリングプロダクトマネージャー・デザイナーと連携を取りながら要件定義・仕様策定新機能や改善案の提案と実装事業責任者とのコミュニケーションを通じたプロジェクトの推進技術トレンドと業界のベストプラクティスの継続的な学習とプロダクトへの適用スプリント計画とタスクの管理担当プロダクトは候補者のスキル・希望・社内体制を踏まえて決定Required qualificationsアンドパッドのミッションとバリューへの共感バックエンドシステムの設計、開発、および運用経験サーバーサイド言語の実装経験（例：Ruby, Go など）データベース知識と開発経験クラウドプラットフォームの使用経験（AWS, GCP, Azure 等）APIデザイン、開発、ドキュメント化の経験ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルの理解プログラミング、デバッグ、およびテストのスキルチーム開発の経験Preferred qualifications高負荷に耐えるバックエンドアーキテクチャの設計と実装データベース設計と最適化、セキュリティ・パフォーマンス・スケーラビリティの向上に関する知識テスト自動化、コードレビュー、バグ解析、トラブルシューティングコンテナ技術（Docker, Kubernetes）を用いた開発経験チーム内外のステークホルダーと円滑なコミュニケーションプロジェクトマネジメントスキル高性能かつスケーラブルなソリューションの提供求める人物像モノ作りをやり切れる方社会的意義が高いサービス開発に興味がある方HRT（謙虚/尊敬/信頼）を大切にする方チームで目標達成に向かって進める方裁量を持って仕事をしたい方変化に前向きな方技術が大好きで勉強熱心な方情報共有に積極的な方Development environment開発言語：Ruby(on Rails)DB：Amazon Aurora(MySQL互換エディション), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB構成管理：Ansibleデプロイ/ビルド：CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CircleCI, GitHub ActionsIaC：Packer, Terraform監視：Datadog, Bugsnagその他：Swagger, Docker, ZenHub, FigmaLocation東京都港区三田三丁目5番19号 住友不動産東京三田ガーデンタワー37FSalary and benefits給与 応相談（経験・能力に応じて個別決定）。 固定時間外労働手当 月45時間分含む。勤務形態：正社員。勤務時間：10:00～19:00 フレックス制（コアタイム11:00～15:00）／休憩60分休日休暇：土日祝、夏季・年末年始、慶弔休暇、有給休暇等。福利厚生は下記参照。Notes現在オンライン面接実施。一次・二次面接のいずれかで人事面談あり。フローは変更の可能性があります。 #J-18808-Ljbffr
