OverviewProduct Engineer / Engineer of new business（Kotlinメイン）を募集。Androidアプリ開発を中心に、Kotlinベースのアプリ開発や新規サービスの立ち上げ、アライアンス対応を担います。少人数のチームで設計〜開発〜テスト、運用まで一貫して携わり、プロダクトマネージャーと協力して価値を創出します。現在、各プロジェクトは5〜10名のチーム構成で、Product Engineer / Engineer of new business（Kotlinメイン）として2〜3名が開発に携わっています。開発環境や方針はチーム内で頻繁に議論され、CI/テスト/レビューを通じて品質改善を図っています。業務内容Kotlin, Flutterを用いたアプリケーションの設計、開発、テスト、運用、リファクタリングバックエンドと連携したAPI設計・実装プロダクトマネージャー・デザイナーと連携をとりながら要件定義・仕様策定新機能や改善案の提案と実装事業責任者とのコミュニケーションを通じたプロジェクトの推進技術トレンドと業界のベストプラクティスの継続的な学習とプロダクトへの適用スプリント計画とタスクの管理開発環境開発言語：Kotlin / Dartフレームワーク：Android Architecture Components / Jetpack Compose / KMM / Flutterインフラ： AWS / GCP / FirebaseCI/CD：Github Actions / CodeCov / Code Climate / FirebaseKnowledge Tool：Confluence / esaVCS：GitHubその他：Slack / Jira必須条件アンドパッドのミッションとバリューへの共感JavaもしくはKotlinによるAndroid向けネイティブアプリケーションの設計、開発、および運用経験Webアプリケーションと連動したネイティブアプリケーションの開発・運用経験ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルに関する理解セキュリティに関する基本知識プログラミング、デバッグ、およびテストのスキルチーム開発の経験歓迎条件単体テストを行いながら機能開発を行った経験アプリケーション要件に基づいたアーキテクチャの設計、フレームワークの選定セキュリティ、パフォーマンス、スケーラビリティ等の高品質なコードコンピューターサイエンスの知識テスト自動化の知識、経験コードレビュー、バグ解析、エラートラブルシューティングのスキルチームメンバーや他のステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取るスキルプロジェクトマネジメントスキル高性能かつスケーラブルなソリューションの提供求める人物像モノ作りをやり切れる方社会的意義が高いサービス開発に興味がある方謙虚/尊敬/信頼を大切にする方チームで目標達成に向かって進める方裁量を持って仕事をしたい方変化に前向きな方技術が大好きで勉強熱心な方情報共有に積極的な方選考フロー書類選考: 履歴書・職務経歴書の提出1次面接: 担当：組織開発部長2次面接: 担当：エンジニア2名、ライブコーディング試験リファレンスレター取得（back check）最終面接: 担当：VPoT、組織開発部長オンライン面接実施中、場合により人事面談あり勤務地・勤務条件勤務地：東京都港区三田三丁目5番19号 住友不動産東京三田ガーデンタワー37F雇用形態：正社員給与：応相談勤務時間：10:00～19:00（フレックス制、コアタイム11:00～15:00）休日休暇：土日祝、夏季・年末年始、慶弔福利厚生：社会保険完備、リモートワーク相談可、昇給年2回、賞与年2回、各種手当、書籍購入補助、カンファレンス参加補助等会社情報：株式会社アンドパッド掲載日：30+日前に掲載Notesその他、サービスサイトをご参照ください。 #J-18808-Ljbffr
