Then join Western Union as a Accounting Supervisor. Western Union powers your pursuit. You will oversee managing the accounting of a legal entity. Role Responsibilities Accounting and bookkeeping activities. These activities include posting entries to general ledgers, balancing statements and financial reports, calculating revenue recognition and billing. Responsible for accurate reporting of revenues & recoverable expenses and the collection, recording, and reporting of accounting transactions. Perform all duties inherent in a managerial role. Performing general ledger accounting and bookkeeping activities including review and approval. Financial statement preparation activities. Audit support preparation activities. Calculating revenue recognition and billing. Tax calculation and payment handling. Management reporting for CNBV and BANXICO, preparation of materials for Board meetings. Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting and have at least 5 years of experience in accounting. You’ll have a good understanding of what impacts financial statements and understand how it links with accounting, tax, treasury, and other parts of business. Experience working in companies in the financial or payment sector or IFPE's operations. Analytical mindset as well as customer focused. It requires previous experience in problem solving and critical thinking. You’ll need leadership skills, initiative, and proactive attitude. Also, presentation skills, and analytical mindset as well as customer focus.
