Talent Acquisition Specialist (Latin America) Latin America We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves responsibility for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating the hiring process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company’s success by attracting and retaining talent in international markets. Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders Use ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment records Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts Requirements 2 years of experience in talent acquisition Proficiency in using sourcing techniques and platforms Knowledge of candidate assessment methods Results orientation: ability to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and metrics while maintaining high-quality standards Adaptability, problem‑solving skills Attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset Proficiency in Spanish and English We offer 15 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year 10 days for floating public holidays Medical budget Opportunity to work remotely Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses) #J-18808-Ljbffr
