Direct message the job poster from LaTeam Partners Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Type: Contractor with USD payment - Full-time - Remote About our Client: https://tpd.com/ High-Volume Recruiter – Manufacturing & Operations (Entry Level) Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume entry-level roles (fabrication technicians, production workers, warehouse associates, machine operators, etc.). Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, skill requirements, shift needs, and production timelines. Source candidates through job boards, community partnerships, social media, referrals, and local outreach initiatives. Conduct high-volume screening, interviewing, and shortlisting to assess reliability, work ethic, and basic technical aptitude. Coordinate interview schedules, on-site orientations, and large-scale onboarding sessions. Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and ensure quick turnaround to meet urgent staffing needs. Perform reference checks, employment verifications, and support pre-employment processes (background checks, drug screens). Performance Management & Employee Support Follow up on attendance issues, including missed shifts, no-shows, and repeated tardiness, escalating as needed. Handle employee requests for LOA, PTO, shift changes, and schedule adjustments in alignment with company policy. Support basic employee relations by addressing minor performance concerns, documenting issues, and coordinating with HR or supervisors as required. General HR & Administrative Tasks Manage assignment endings, offboarding steps, and documentation for temporary and contract employees. Assist with payroll tasks such as timesheet collection, hour verification, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely submission. Skills and Requirements Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach. Ability to handle high-volume recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, and blue-collar roles. Excellent communication for screening candidates and coordinating with hiring managers. Strong organizational skills to manage pipelines, schedules, and large candidate batches. Fast-paced, detail-oriented work style; ability to meet urgent staffing deadlines. Interviewing skills focused on reliability, attendance, and work ethic. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and support onboarding processes. Comfort working with ATS tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems. Open to work on US PST timezone.
