As an EXPANSION MANAGER, you will define and stabilize the expansion process to achieve openings, remodeling in the region and improve the strategy by leveling and standardizing processes to improve new stores in Mexico City, Panama, and Costa Rica Key Responsibilities Supervise specialists, architects, and the expansion and planning merger. Define and manage expansion strategies by country. Responsible for the negotiation and closing of the opening points. Partnering with other functions to provide outstanding solutions to any project challenges you may face. Optimally coordinate and supervise the work team. Qualifications Proven experience in store expansion, preferably for retail-related projects, with a keen eye for space evaluation and distribution. 5 years of proven experience in retail expansion and have had some supervisory or managerial role. English Proficiency, being comfortable having business conversations and presentations. Excellent presentation, sales skills, and strong communication. Good level of Power Point management.
