Role Third Party Carriers Operations Manager We are looking for a highly driven Carrier Expansion Manager to lead our last-mile expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for rapidly launching and scaling last-mile carrier infrastructure — including new cross-docks, delivery hubs, and regional routes — across Mexico. This is a field-first, execution-driven role. You'll spend more time at cross-docks, talking to drivers and operators, than in meetings. You will be instrumental in enabling Cubbo to grow its delivery network cost-effectively and sustainably, while ensuring high performance and operational excellence. Requisitos Lead Expansion Projects: Rapidly launch new cross-docks, delivery hubs, and distribution nodes across strategic geographies in Mexico. Hands-On Operations: Be on the ground setting up new sites, negotiating with local vendors, hiring and onboarding operators, and ensuring operational readiness from Day 1. Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and manage cross-dock teams and supervisors. Build a strong, performance-oriented culture that values safety, ownership, and accountability. Stakeholder Management: Build trust with drivers, vendors, and field staff. Handle operational escalations, resolve conflicts, and maintain team morale during high-growth and high-pressure phases. Cost & Risk Management: Evaluate operational and financial risks when launching new nodes. Maintain an agile but data-informed approach to opening new locations. KPI Execution: Track and improve key performance indicators including delivery time, cost per package, site readiness timelines, and service quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
