OverviewJOIN OUR FULLSHIFT STAFFING TEAMFacility Information:Our facilities are Intermediate Care Facilities for individuals with disabilities (ICF/DD-H and ICF/DD-N)Caregiver (DSP) to people supported ratio is usually 1:3, sometimes as high as 1:1 supportNursing caseload typically ranges from 6-15 residentsOur home sizes are small, including 6-bed and 15-bed facilitiesHigh-acuity care is limited or prohibited by facility regulationsOur Immediate Care Facilities provide wound care per licensing requirements, ranging from simple wounds to a maximum of stage I pressure ulcersHospice care is very limited and is provided collaboratively with professional hospice care providers who come to our homesOur Client is theis a leading provider of care services in Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) for individuals with disabilities. Our organization is committed to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in need, and we take pride in maintaining a nurturing and inclusive environment for both our residents and our staff.Registered Nurse (RN) Essential Responsibilities:Provide skilled nursing care to individuals with disabilities in an Intermediate Care Facility settingImplement and oversee the health care plans for residentsAdminister medications and perform medical procedures, as neededCollaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the well-being of residentsMaintain accurate medical records and documentationOffer support and guidance to: License Vocational Nurse (LVN), Direct Support Professionals (DSP)Participate in complex case management and engage in continuous learning opportunitiesRegistered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CaliforniaOne (1) year experience as an RN; requiredCPR certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for providing quality care and support to individuals with disabilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentWillingness to adapt to the needs of the residents and facilityIf you are a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding career in a supportive and caring environment, we encourage you to apply.
