Descripción general Se busca una persona especializada en la administración de inmuebles para garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente de un edificio y la coordinación de su operación diaria. Este rol es fundamental para mantener una gestión organizada, una comunicación clara con los distintos equipos y un control adecuado de los recursos del inmueble. Oferta laboral Trabajo presencial Contrato indeterminado Jornada: Lunes a sábado Prestaciones de ley Oportunidad de desarrollo dentro del área de administración de propiedades Integración a un equipo enfocado en la mejora continua de procesos Requisitos Experiencia mínima de 3 años, reciente y comprobable, como Property Manager o Gerente de Hotelería Licenciatura terminada o trunca Experiencia en manejo de personal Conocimiento en administración de condominios o en operaciones hoteleras Habilidad para liderar equipos, gestionar actividades y documentar reportes operativos Funciones del puesto Administración general del edificio Dirección y supervisión de personal Seguimiento a mantenimiento, proveedores y operaciones diarias Resolución de problemáticas y atención de requerimientos internos Elaboración de reportes semanales y mensuales Organización y asignación de horarios y tareas Si tu experiencia coincide con el perfil y deseas avanzar en el proceso, comparte tu CV por este medio para ser considerado(a). #J-18808-Ljbffr
