En Hogares Unión estamos viviendo un proceso de transformación digital y buscamos a una persona apasionada por la tecnología, los datos y la mejora continua para liderar el uso y reimplementación de HubSpot Objetivos Serás responsable de administrar, optimizar y evolucionar el ecosistema HubSpot asegurando su integración con otros sistemas, el uso de mejores prácticas y la creación de flujos automatizados que impulsen la eficiencia comercial y una mejor experiencia para nuestros clientes. Actuará como consultor interno para proponer mejoras continuas, optimizar flujos de trabajo y asegurar que la inversión tecnológica se traduzca en valor operativo y en una mejor experiencia del cliente. Responsabilidades Gestionar la implementación, configuración y mejora continua del uso de HubSpot. Asegurar el aprovechamiento integral de los módulos de HubSpot: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub y Service Hub. Monitorear el rendimiento, la integridad de los datos y la actividad del usuario dentro del CRM. Supervisar integraciones tecnológicas con otros sistemas (CRM, orquestadores, APIs, etc.). Diseñar estrategias omnicanal que conecten marketing, ventas y servicio (email, chat, redes sociales, etc.). Crear automatizaciones y flujos que mejoren la conversión de leads y la productividad de los equipos. Colaborar con los equipos de TI, marketing y ventas para asegurar el máximo aprovechamiento de la herramienta. Requisitos Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración o Informática. Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en la configuración, gestión y administración de HubSpot. Haber participado en al menos 3 implementaciones o reconfiguraciones del CRM. Certificaciones HubSpot (CMS, Marketing, Sales, Service Hub). Conocimiento en integraciones, APIs, webhooks o herramientas de orquestación (MuleSoft, Zapier, etc.), IA y bots conversacionales. Inglés intermedio (técnico y conversacional). Competencias clave Pensamiento analítico y enfoque estratégico. Comunicación efectiva y colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios. Orientación a resultados y disciplina operativa. Enfoque en el cliente y mejora continua. Ubicación: Ciudad de México (Santa Fe) #J-18808-Ljbffr
