You will expand our packaging business within your territory by managing and growing existing customer relationships while actively identifying new opportunities. You will act as a strategic partner to customers, ensuring their success through innovative solutions, a strong commercial mindset, and close collaboration with internal support teams. This role requires a highly proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial profile, eager to challenge the status quo and continuously seek better ways to grow the business.ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to customers and expand the current customer portfolio by deeply understanding client needs and proposing value-added solutions.Position yourself as a trusted advisor, helping customers become more competitive in their markets.Maintain a strong entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by challenges, growth, and continuous improvement.Be highly proactive, self-motivated, and take ownership of your territory and results.Thrive in dynamic environments, learning, experimenting, and taking on new projects.Use effective communication and relationship-building as key drivers of success.Organize and maintain databases to track opportunities, activities, and follow-ups.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best possible solutions to customers.Contribute to a culture that values world-class, driven, and ambitious people.QualificationsExperience in technical or solution-based sales within manufacturing environments.Exposure to industries such as logistics, industrial manufacturing, metal-mechanical, automotive, chemical, cosmetic, medical, or packaging.Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, C4C, or SAP.Experience in hunting and/or farming within a sales environment.Intermediate English level, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.Strong proactivity, resilience, and willingness to challenge yourself and grow professionally.Requisition id: 53418Relocation: NoEEO and Safety NoticeSealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
