About the Role: We are looking for a talented UX Designer to lead the design of an innovative health platform. The ideal candidate will combine user-centered design principles with an understanding of healthcare workflows to create seamless, intuitive experiences for patients and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: Support the product team in conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to ensure designs meet user needs Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results. Ensure consistent UI / UX patterns across multiple devices and platforms. Participate in design reviews and contribute to a UX design system. What We’re Looking For: A portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create beautiful and intuitive designs that meet business objectives across both web and mobile Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with experience in the healthcare space Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, research, and problem-solving skills. Fluency with sketching, rapid prototyping, and tools like Figma Familiarity with mobile and web design patterns and responsive design principles. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Ability to go beyond producing UI wireframes and screens to strategically think through the end-to-end user experience.
