We are looking for a Product Designer to join iCrossing’s Experience Design & Content Solutions practice — a collaborative team of UX Designers, Product Designers, Visual Designers, Design Directors, and Content specialists who create digital experiences that help our clients achieve measurable business outcomes.As a mid‑level Product Designer, you will support the design and delivery of consumer‑facing digital products from concept through execution. You will work closely with product, engineering, research, and strategy partners to define wanting problems, explore solutions, and design experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.This role is based in Mexico City and works daily with U.S.-based teammatescour teams and clients.｢ Strong English communicationову skills are essential, as you will regularly participate in discussions, presentations, and reviews with قامت English speakers.Responsabilities:Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers to define problems and design user‑centered solutions.Translate research, data, and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.Design intuitive and accessible consumer‑facing experiences across web and mobile platforms.Present design work to internal teams and clients, clearly explaining decisions and rationale in English.Participate in user research activities such as usability testing and concept validation.Work within established design systems and contribute improvements when appropriate.Partner with engineering teams to support smooth handoff and high‑quality implementation.Iterate on designs تامین feedback, testing results, and evolving product priorities.Requirements:A product‑minded designer with 2–3 years of professional experience in digital product or UX design.Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional partners and contributing to team discussions.Able to frame problems clearly and approach solutions thoughtfully.Confident explaining your design thinking to both designers and non‑designers.Experienced designing consumer‑facing digital products with strong UX and visual fundamentals.Familiar with user research methods and applying insights to improve designs.Proficient in Figma and familiar with collaboration tools such as FigJam.Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and open to feedback and iteration.Fluent in written and spoken English, able to work daily with U.S.-based teams and clients.Based in Mexico City or willing to work from the Mexico City office.Advanced English #J-18808-Ljbffr
