OMG invites you to join our team as: Senior Analyst The Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Science Team across multiple workstreams. This includes: Developing and managing reporting solutions. Performing quality assurance checks on data. Cleansing and manipulating large datasets. Creating/Supporting insightful reports and actionable analyses aligned with measurement strategies. Supporting Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects. Communicating findings with internal and external stakeholders. Supporting other ad hoc projects as needed. PowerBI. Hard Skills: Media Data Expertise: Strong background in digital media data, with the ability to interpret and explain core media metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM CPV, VCR, etc.) without training. Excel: Intermediate to advanced (pivot tables, lookups, logical formulas, basic automation/macros a plus). PowerPoint: Intermediate (building clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations). Tableau: Intermediate to advanced (data connections, dashboard building, calculated fields, and insights generation). Data Handling: Strong ability to clean, manipulate, and QA datasets for accuracy. Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. What do we offer?
