Job Overview Head of Logistics reporting directly to Plant Manager. Base location: Plant de Manufactura in Irapuato. Must Have Experiencia manejo mínimo de 100 a 200 empleados; HC actual 430 personas. Experiencia Senior en liderazgo y manejo de personal (Coordinadores, Supervisores, Managers, personal operativo sindicalizado y de confianza). Tendría a cargo personal de mandos medios y gerenciales como Coordinación de Material, Almacén y Customer Service. Experiencia de 5 a 7 años en puesto de Gerente de Logística. Experiencia en Tier 1; imprescindible experiencia en la industria automotriz (armadoras). Experiencia en manejo de SAP (módulos MM y SP). Inglés conversacional fluido. Preferiblemente experiencia en cadena de suministro similar con almacén just in time. Responsibilities Dirigir, administrar y coordinar una operación logística de planta mediana a compleja, con responsabilidad presupuestaria, centrándose en logística de proveedores, intra‑logística y logística de clientes. Planificar los requisitos futuros de recursos de la operación de planta. Dirigir y controlar el diseño de flujos de materiales, información y procesos logísticos. Responsable de la implementación de un control logístico adecuado. Coordinar y equilibrar los intereses en conflicto de todo el personal de logística y las partes interesadas internas y externas para proporcionar soluciones óptimas. Gestionar situaciones de cuello de botella y escaladas de clientes. Participar en proyectos estratégicos globales y facilitar proyectos piloto. Additional Data Apoyo por reubicación (en caso de que aplique). Salario rango de $130,000‑$140,000 brutos mensuales (de acuerdo a aptitudes). Prestaciones superiores a la ley. #J-18808-Ljbffr
