OBJETIVO DEL PUESTOGarantizar la gestión, control y optimización del inventario en todos los almacenes de Mexico, asegurando la disponibilidad de productos, la reducción de mermas y el cumplimiento de normativas específicas relacionadas con el manejo de mercancías sensibles, asegurando el uso correcto de los sistema de información de la compañía.RESPONSABILIDADES1. Gestionar, supervisar y controlar el inventario físico, asegurando su precisión mediante auditorias periódicas2. Implementar estrategias para minimizar pérdidas, mermas y productos vencidos3. Garantizar el cumplimiento de procedimientos específicos para el manejo de productos sensibles a la temperatura4. Liderar al personal del área de inventarios, incluyendo capacitación, asignación de tareas y evaluación de desempeño5. Monitorear métricas clave como rotación de inventarios, exactitud de inventarios y tiempo de reposición.6. Implementar herramientas tecnológicas para mejorar la gestión de inventarios, como sistema WMS7. Asegurar que todos los procesos cumplan con las regulaciones locales e internacionales relacionadas con el manejo de productos en condiciones controladas (p. ej., normativas sanitarias o de seguridad alimentaria)8. Mantener alineados los sistemas de inventario de los clientes para asegurar información correcta y contrastable con el inventario real, cuando aplique.9. Coordinar con los clientes el envío de información que se requiera, así como la programación y ejecución de las tomas físicas de los inventariosDIMENSIONAMIENTO DEL PUESTO- N° de personas que supervisa directamente: 5- N° de personas que supervisa indirectamente: 22REQUISITOS- Educación: Lic en Logística, Administración, ingeniería Industrial o Afines.- Formación adicional: Diplomado/Certificación en Logística.- Experiencia requerida: De 4 a 6 años de experiencia.- Conocimientos técnicos:Conocimientos avanzados en gestión de inventarios y rotación de productos.Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas como ERP, WMS, y Microsoft Excel avanzado.Familiaridad con normativas de calidad y seguridad para almacenes de temperatura controlada.- Otras habilidades/competencias conductuales:Capacidad analítica basada en datosCapacidad para identificar problemasOrientación a resultados y solución de problemasAlta capacidad de organización y planificación- Idiomas: Inglés (deseable)Cuántos años tenés de experiencia como Inventory Manager o similares?*Tenés experiencia con el uso de WMS?*Tenés experiencia con almacenamiento refrigerado/congelado?*- Cuántos almacenes has supervisado simultáneamente?*Cuáles son tus expectativas salariales en pesos mexicanos brutos?* #J-18808-Ljbffr
