Responsibilities Conceptualize and implement a comprehensive, thoughtful, and best-in-class data ingestion and processing capabilities that will support and enhance our New Data Platform. Provide technical leadership, leading the team to build reusable and scalable data pipelines and new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity. Work in tandem with source system and application teams to integrate and establish data pipelines using Databricks, S3 and other AWS services. Understand data landscape i.e., tooling, tech stack, source systems etc. and work closely with extended platform teams to improve data collection, quality, reporting and analytics capabilities. Collaborate with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility, and fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization. Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for AWS solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance. Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix, and document problems, and implement preventive measures. Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity. Actively contribute toward our culture of continuous learning by proactively identifying and evangelizing best practices globally. Qualifications Communication skills. Project Manager experience.
