Base pay range MX$327,000.00/yr - MX$637,500.00/yr Job Description Responsable de liderar las actividades de trabajo en campo, buscando cumplir con los estandares operativos y garantizando la calidad de la información colectada; Este Rol es responsable de la administración del recurso de campo: evaluación de desempeño, desarrollo profesional, control de gastos, manejo de insumos, entrevistas, entre otros. Responsabilidades Soporte y seguimiento diario respecto a las actividades (operativas y administrativas) de los auditores Responsable de revisar, ajustar y aprobar el plan de trabajo de los auditores y en consecuencia tomar las acciones necesarias para el cumplimiento del mismo (reasignaciones) Seguimiento de indicadores operativos internos y de planes de acción para el logro de objetivos Realizar verificación/supervisión del panel operativo/auditor de forma presencial Cumplimiento de la metodología de campo y garantizar la calidad de la información colectada Reclutamiento y mantenimiento de las tiendas que conforman el panel operativo Comunicar y dar seguimiento a cualquier problema que pueda impactar/afectar los procesos operativos y administrativos para la solución de los mismos Responsable del entrenamiento de auditores Requisitos Grado de estudios Intermedio o Superior (universitario) Inglés Básico-Intermedio +3 años de experiencia supervisando equipos en campo Disponibilidad de viaje en todo el país Licencia de manejo y auto propio Manejo de personal Office: Excel Intermedio El perfil será evaluado con las necesidades estratégicas por localidad Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee Assistance Program (EAP) About NIQ NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
