Additionally, we have great career development opportunities in the field of new mobility with interesting and challenging projects, as well as various personal and professional trainings.Responsibilities:Planning, steering and controlling of a variety of customer program developments or a customer platform program under consideration of quality, cost and timingResponsible for the customer related development of the programs / platform within the budget / CAR releasedDefine and implement targets for the assigned programs or platformsEnsure, coordinate and document program related information flow with all internal and external departments and pass/control work packages and tasks to the assigned departments and members of the program teamDefine program team structure to manage effectively the customer, products, projects and geographical complexities of allocated customer in line with customer requirementsEnsure the application of FLP according to the QS guidelineWork out program budgets (investments, tools and piece costs)Control and achieve program / platform targets from nomination until SOP + 90 days / plants sign offInitiate, control and execute program related changes acc. to ECR processes agreed with Kautex Management.Support financial tracking process in salesWrites status reports (G,Y,R) for programs assigned, ensures APQP process will be followed and provides documentation in gate reviewsKnowledge about and compliance with the customer specific requirementsA requirement to follow IATF 16949.Qualifications:Degree in economics or engineering or a comparable education with professional work experienceMinimum of 2 years broad and deep Program Management experience in an international automotive companyExperience in technical product developmentAbility to exercise budgetary controlExperience in PMIis desiredIdeally international experience by studying or working in foreign countriesGood Business English language skills are necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr
