Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Hybrid - Mexico City or Guadalajara, Mexico Overview Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Platform Perform scripting, integrations, and implementations in CMDB, ITOM, or ITSM. Maintain and improve Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities within the ITSM framework. Participate in architecture planning, migrations, installations, and upgrades. Ensure scalable and extensible architectural designs for the platform. Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and technology optimization. Execute and manage backup, disaster recovery, and maintenance plans. Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy of CI data and compliance with metric standards. Manage day-to-day operations and resolve platform issues through RCA and effective troubleshooting. Create and maintain documentation: SOPs, DRMs, operations manuals, test plans, and architectural guidance. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Provide weekly reports to clients and internal leadership. Implement Service Improvement Plans (SIP) through automation and innovation. Team Management: Resource Planning & Hiring Forecast and fulfill talent requirements for the team. Talent Development Drive onboarding, training, and career development programs. Promote diversity and support the growth of high‑potential employees. Performance & Engagement Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback. Lead engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment. Recognize and reward high‑performing team members. Encourage innovation by assigning challenging and impactful projects. Qualifications Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and integrations, with strong expertise in CMDB, ITOM, or ITSM. Hands‑on experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) – Mandatory. Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory. Preferred Skills Knowledge of platform upgrade best practices and discovery/mapping processes. Experience working in enterprise‑scale environments and with global teams. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
