Resolve 1st-level support issues, escalating as needed. Implement and manage data backup / recovery. Perform risk analysis, identify failure modes, ensure contingencies, and validate high availability / redundancies. Manage IT projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to company / regulatory policies, including IT security.
